Summary
To get a good idea of how much the building services will cost on your new development and how long it will take to install, a detailed design will help you obtain a more accurate representation, when tendering a new project. Detailed design involves developing the conceptual design into a building performance specification involving calculations, research and coordination with the design team and delivering CAD drawings, equipment schedules and reports. To ensure the information provided is accurate and compliant we use the relevant building standards, institutional guidance, and software such as Amtech and IES to build electrical and thermal models.

Equipment ScheduleHighlights the primary MEP equipment requirements for the project. -

Design Team MeetingsAttendance of design team meetings to coordinate between all construction disciplines. -
