An NDEA (Non-Domestic Energy Assesor) will assess the energy outputs of your building and use the calculation model SBEM to produce your Regulation Compliance Report and EPC.
How does it work?

Step 1 - SurveyWe undertake a survey of the existing geometry of the building and all systems that consume energy. -
Step 2 - Energy ModelCreate an energy model of the building using iSBEM software. -
Step 3 - CalculationsCalculate the design emission rate of the building. -
Step 4 - Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and Commercial Energy Assessment ReportDeliver the up to date Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and lodge it publicly on the HMRC EPC register. -
Step 5 - Commercial Energy Assessment Report with Recommendations and ImprovementsWe will deliver a list of recommendations to the client which will highlight energy saving opportunity on your project. These improvements can be quantified numerically and predicted costs can be delivered to major stakeholders.
